Our adult rock trips are for those that want to escape to full days of climbing and camping but work realities and busy lives make it difficult. We make it easy by providing all camping gear except sleeping bag, airport pick-ups and drop offs provided, meals planned and guides that will help you maximize your climbing over three days. .

  • Session 1: June 20th- July 1st
  • Session 2: July 22- August 1st
  • Cost: $1,800 first session
  • Our camps are limited to 14 participants.

    • Our camps are for the experienced climber that wants to turn it up a notch and climb stronger, smarter and above all, safely. Have fun while exploring all aspects of climbing from sport, crack climbing, traditional gear, multi-pitch, bouldering, to building anchors, self-rescue and develop balance/strength and flexibility. Our goal is to promote a sense of adventure, life-long learning in climbing, and an appreciation for the outdoors. We will establish and develop individual goals, create opportunities for exposure to new climbing styles and techniques in a safe, supportive environment.


    Where:

    We will camp and climb at Smith Rock State Park and have permits to climb at other great areas in Central Oregon. All group gear is provided (Tents, kitchen, food, climbing gear, etc). Airport pick-up/drop-off is available.


    We maintain a smalller group size than most summer climbing camps to ensure and personalize the quality of instruction, safety management and attention to the goals and needs that each participant deserves. It gives more time on the rock and maximizes the fun factor for all activities we do.


    Camp Staff:

    We’re not your average camp counselors. Our camp staff are seasoned, experienced guides and accomplished, passionate climbers. Drawing from twenty years experience instructing and directing climbing programs for teenagers, Jim Ablao, AMGA Certified Rock Instructor, Rock Guide and his AMGA trained and certified staff provide exceptional instruction and care for every camp participant.


    Not only will we get in tons of amazing climbing, we will do all kinds of fun balance/strength games and training opportunities for climbing. We’ll also may sneak in some mountain biking, exploration of local caverns and bouldering as well.
